01 / Information We Process

To provide high-fidelity tax analysis, TaxReturnGPT processes specific financial data points provided by you. This includes, but is not limited to, income statements, expense records, and asset depreciation schedules.

02 / Use of Intelligence

Your data is used exclusively to power the TaxReturnGPT neural logic engine. This engine identifies tax-saving opportunities and risk variances. We do not use your private financial data to train our global AI models. Your tax strategy remains your proprietary intellectual property.

• No third-party data sharing for advertising.
• No "profiling" of your net worth for external entities.
• Internal diagnostic logging is anonymized and stripped of PII.

03 / Data Retention & Purging

We adhere to a strict Data Minimization Policy. Raw financial data is held in an ephemeral state. Once your analysis report is generated and downloaded, the underlying raw data is flagged for deletion from our active processing environment within 24 hours.

Historical reports are stored in an encrypted vault only at your express request. If you choose "Session Only" mode, all records are wiped the moment you close your browser tab.

04 / Security Controls

We implement bank-grade encryption at every stage of the lifecycle. This includes AES-256 for data at rest and TLS 1.3 for data in transit. Our infrastructure is deployed within isolated cloud environments with restricted administrative access.

05 / Your Rights

Regardless of your jurisdiction, we extend the following rights to all users:

• The Right to Delete: You may trigger a "Total Purge" of your account at any time.
• The Right to Export: You may download your analysis in machine-readable format.
• The Right to Transparency: You may request a detailed log of what data was processed during your session.
